Born and raised in South Dakota, Dr. Caldwell attended college at South Dakota State University before receiving her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2001.

Dr. Caldwell has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education every year in implant dentistry, bone grafting, restorative implant dentistry, and new surgical techniques to stay up to date on all advancements in these fields.

She is an active member of multiple dental associations including ADA, CDA, MDDS, IOCI, and AAID.
